  A gem

  Very convenient with accessibility from both Novena MRT ( Velocity, Square 2, Cold Storage...) and Balestier Road ( Zhong Shan Mall, Shaw Plaza, eateries, public buses). Excellent interior layout with high ceiling, no in home bomb shelter, perfect size balcony to max all usable space. No west sun, yet bright , airy in unit. No overcrowding of units on corridor. Quality construction by local reputable Singapore builder - Soilbuild. Highly recommend
