  Nice amenities & cafes around.

  It’s a small condo, close to east coast park and nice amenities & cafes around.

  Nice Condo but useless management

  First day moving in we were confronted by dead bodies of cockroaches on the whole car park ground. Apparently after a forging luckily they have forging right ? The security guard keep changing and you won't expect they know you are the residenciall in the condo , no they don't . They are either always sleeping Indian lady , or very dutiful vehicle checker who couldn't remember you if you come in again in a hour time, the worst is , these guards actually changed every 1 or 2 months, no wonder they no need to know who the hell are you right. The cleaner also changed frequently and the smell in the lift and corridors also keep changing , some times very strong . One last thing , you might have a neighbor who keep the door open with smells of dogs sharing with you. Unless may be you will enjoy it but not really for me. But the condo location and construction is quite good and livable.
