Very close to Orchard road
Small and exclusive condominium. Pros- Excellent caretaker and maintenance well done. Lovely view of the city and greenery from the Botanic Gardens especially from the penthouse. Good for single or couple living hence quiet environment. Has been tranquil and peaceful without screaming children. Close to Holland Village and wet markets. Good mix of urban and city living. Cons - small and sheltered pool. Lower units facing Holland Road may hear the traffic. Rooms are rather small. Sufficient only for a queen size bed. -
