  Great location !

  The Enclave Holland is right on Holland Road, so very accessible to drive in straight without navigating any narrow turns. walking distance to Holland Village station, lots of buses going everywhere, and there's new developments like pet-friendly One Holland Village.

  Facing Holland Flyover

  Good location, freehold, design okay, units alright. Everything is fine until you consider the noise. Facing the Holland Flyover, cars always zooming past in front of this condo. I cannot take it, always wake up halfway. Unless you like traffic noise or have sound insulating walls installed, time to reconsider.

  2020 but showing signs of age

  Feel this newish condo has lost its luxurious sparkle perhaps due to the constant dust and fumes from the road right in front of it although got some low walls and trees to block a bit. interior is all good though, just the facade. swimming pool is further back and well-maintained. perhaps just need some cleaning and a fresh coat of paint.
