  Friendly neighbours

  Stayed here for a short period once, and the neighbours are friendly. Always helping us when we need. Thats what made living here enjoyable

  Might be noisy during peak hours

  This condo is situated on Stevens road, which can be a busy road especially during peak hours when ppl are going to work or fetching their kids to schools. It can be noisy too because of the traffic. But luckily for residents who dont drive, mrt is just around the corner.

  Built at the junction of bukit timah road and stevens road, it now benefits from the new Stevens road MRT station.
