  The Hacienda

  Kampong Hacienda is a great place to live in with a very mix of multi-generational people. Ideal for families (large units, large lawns), commuters (bus services 10,12,13,14,16, TEL MRT, ECP) and quick access to Changi airport (10-15 min drive)

  For families looking for bigger space

  It's a family-friendly place to live in with facilities for different age groups. The living room is also larger than what we normally expect from a condo, so imo it's great for families wanting to get a bigger space for their kids and pets to roam around

  Not conducive for seniors

  There is no lift for this property, so it's not very conducive for older adults to live here, unless they live on the first floor.

  Family-friendly

  The units here are huuuuge, great if you have a big family or kids. Your kids will have plenty of space to run around and explore

  Peaceful Lush Mature Greenery

  Great place for families, and also beach lovers. Enjoyed the proximity to the beach and all of Siglap great food. Some units have wonderful roof gardens that is a bonus.
