  Noise from PIE and small roads

  Pros - friendly security guard - big swimming pool - has a function room Cons -Noisy and dusty as it is very close to the PIE. -Roads leading to the condo is narrow and access will be challenging -Jams in the morning rush hour and also during friday prayers as a mosque is nearby.

  Quiet but remote

  quiet condo but too remote. Took me half an hour to catch a cab daily..took me a sweaty walk of 20mins to MRT, Kembangan. The PIE expressway can be overpowering 'NOISY' at times

  An Cut above others

  small concentration of units, very peaceful n quiet. Among all the condos in this area this stands out by itself , a boutique setup. The quality of the interiors is also very good
