  Huntington less than 5min walk to Novena MRT

  Unbeatable location. This is the best thing about The Huntington. Just a short walk to Novena MRT, commuting is always a breeze. Around Novena MRT there are also plenty of malls like Velocity, United Square, and Novena Square. These have everything you need, from children enrichment to food and groceries, even top medical facilities, just no movie theatre. From here, just two MRT stops to Orchard and a few more to CBD area via north-south line. Can go up to more heartland areas via same MRT line.

  Always got jam

  I live here. There is constant road construction in Novena area that causes jams on the road and on Sundays especially as a lot of people going to church. Congestion will probably resolve after completion of north-south corridor few years later. Road keeps changing due to construction needs. I personally try to avoid Novena area during peak hours and drivers who live at The Huntington have to plan ahead if they are going somewhere by road, whether it is car or bus.

  Comfortable and convenient freehold: Huntingt

  Families with young children will appreciate the convenience of living at The Huntington. It is near Novena MRT station and all the surrounding amenities, good schools just a bus ride away, mix of modernity and nostalgia in this neighbourhood as near to town but also Balestier. Condo completed in 2000 so a bit dated, but well-maintained and comfortable with practical layouts. Price good for freehold near town and so many amenities.
