  Amazing Location, Near Public Transport and L

  6 min walk to Kembangan MRT or 1 min walk to nearest bus stop really adds a lot of convenience to my daily commute. Lots of food choices around the area, with one super famous Chinese restaurant or Indian Prata Buffet just 2 mins walk away. A clinic, barber and gym right below the condo. Plus groceries and DIY store right opposite us. Fairprice 10 mins walk away though! Lastly, I like the peace and quiet here compared to condos with thousands of units. Suitable for people who are working or studying, and those who likes peaceful surroundings. Basically, everything is covered here~!

  Terrible

  1. Terrible design, thick bay window every corner. 2. Useless elevated car park that doesn't work. 3. Toxic neighbors. Bad vibes. Inconsiderate dog owners. 4. Next to Hotel 81 where you can regularly see people going in and have some fun. The list goes on. You are better off looking at elsewhere. Anyone who compliments this place is most likely trying to sell it.

  One of the best place ever stayed

  We really like it here in Lenox. Food & restaurants, MRT, bus stops, park connector, play ground are just walking distance away. We like to joke from here to East Coast Park via Telok Kurau PCN

  Poor facility

  This is probably the worst condo I even visit. Only one lift to service all units. Can you imagine if the lift breakdown or need servicing? Even hdb have more than 1 lift. The extremely tiny so call gym is a laughing stock. You should call it a corner instead of room. The swimming pool is another thing you can forget about it. The so call penthouse unit have beams so low that you can walk into it and have concussion. I even view one unit that have the living room window Facing neighboring unit walll. What a view! My conclusion is this project is build in a way to make as much profit for the developer. It simply ignore and lower the living standard of whoever living in. What a shame The only good point is that it is still pretty new and within walking distance to the mrt. But the owner will have a hard time trying to sell it in current market condition.

  Convenient and nice

  Disregard the old review, lived here for 2 years and now there is new Management. They have made great improvements, easily consulting with owners and tenants on all issues. Easy to get anywhere in Singapore via car, taxi, bus and train. Can get to Katong and Bedok very quickly. Inside of apartment is very modern and cosy....love my rain shower. Taxis are very easy to get here. Also a park nearby by only 5 minutes walk.

  bad service . terrible apartment

  the lift broken too many times . no security . too much noise everyday when the motor pass . nearby restaurant many people shout .drink !... so small ... badly maintained everything is bad since I lived there for 1 year ...
