Quiet residential area at How Sun Road
The Lilium is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Low-rise living with 80 units spread over 5 floors and 3 blocks, so doesn't feel crowded. peaceful vibe, with units that are modern, although the space can be a bit tight. Choose your furniture wisely. Amenities are alright, but main public transport still quite far. the place still developing and will have much more stuff as Bidadari HDB is nearby so there will be demand
