project with nice layout
I did not buy the unit during the preview launch few years back and regretted quite a bit. The price for this project has shot up quite a lot probably due to being one of the few projects located just beside the park connector and 1km to tao nan.. after so many years, I still find that this project has one of the best unit layout in the whole of telok kurau. I walked past the project, it is almost done and look much better than on paper. The old projects nearby are undergoing redevelopment and this is great news for project owners. location wise, other than the lack of MRT, this location is quite pleasing given the fact that it is facing the heaving traffic of East coast road.. -
