  Prime location with good market prices compar

  Very accessible to all parts of Singapore, with excellent MRT and bus services. Near Novena Square and medical facilities. Health city Novena creates opportunities for price upside, especially when the Health City is fully established.

  Great location

  really like this place for the location. Near to novena mrt and malls, fairprice finest right across the road, and many eateries nearby.

  New late night, 24 hours Mcd, starbucks across the road, finest supermarket in the mall, many necessities shops, pharmacies, hair salon, kid daycare, popular eateries less than 1km away, Convenience!

  Very good location

  The main draw for this development is its location, being walking distance to Novena MRT and having amenities such as Fairprice Finest nearby. The size of the units are reasonable and i would think they would suit small families very well. Good schools within the vicinity too. Being in the Novena area (District 11) and yet priced as District 12, it offers better value than the developments nearby.

  Marque

  A small and quiet development, which is well maintained and conveniently located in the Novena area. It's walking distance to Novena MRT, and has a huge Fairprice Finest just across the road. Would recommend it for small families, and those who like the convenience of city fringe living.

  Well maintained and units more spacious

  The condo is new, clean and well maintained. Location is superb with access to PIE (Changi and Jurong) as well as CTE (city and Yishun) within 5 mins of each expressway. Can't imagine which area has the same excellent transport access. It is also a 10 mins walk to Novena MRT. A 15 mins walk to Toa Payoh MRT. It is a city fringe hub with offices and restaurants at United Square, Novena, and surrounding hotels. Superb location!

  good location

  contrary to what the early review said, the condo is clean and quite new. Although the facilities may be lacking as it only has a lap pool and gym, the good location (near to Novena shopping and mrt) and quiet vicinity more than make up for it. It also has more liveable space than the newer condos nearby.
