Great location and layout. Big bonus when the
I have a 2BR unit. The layout is great compared to other condos in the area. Being close to Great World City is a big plus. The mgmt restricted my renovations from only 8am to 5pm on weekdays. -

Noisy
The management does nothing to quell nonstop renovations. They should require a gap between renovating units. There are 4 at the same time + the outside construction. It’s ridiculous and no quiet time -

Poor Management
I moved into this condo in 2014 because it was newly renovated and quiet on a quiet street with a good location. However, the management does nothing to enforce renovation within the complex after hours and on weekends. They have also recently closed the gym for a month to re-do the flooring which was perfectly fine to begin with. They should have replaced the weight machines as they were old and rusted. They then re-opened the gym with the new flooring and reinstalled the same rusty gym equipment. Shortly after they roped off the gym equipment with an out of order sign and have not repaired for MORE THAN 5 MONTHS NOW! They have also had out of order signs on all but 2 of the cardio machines for the same period of time. They also have a huge cockroach problem in the rubbish chute which I've never had in any other building. They claim they spray for pests in the common areas but every time we go outside we get bitten multiple times by mozzies. I've inquired with the management several times on this and they have completely ignored me for months. I would not recommend renting or buying in this complex and cannot wait until my lease ends! -

Constantly under renovation and noise
The whole building is under a single owner is constantly under renovation, noise and dust. The owner wants to upgrade the units and sell them. While doing so, they have no regard for the current tenants still staying here. The noise caused by the renovation has become worse during the day. The place is like a construction site - dusty, noisy, mud puddle water everywhere. Despite the repeated complaints to the building owner and management, they are not doing anything to reduce the inconvenience caused. The worst is yet to come as the renovation is supposed to continue till 2015 as the owner can only proceed with renovation with the tenanted units later when the tenancy end. They try to present the condo as luxury but it is far from achieving the status - the hidden old electrical wire and water pipes are not replaced during renovation (bound to leak in a few years time), pathetic gym without Aircon and rusting equipment. -

RE: Great Place to Live in
I have been putting up in the estate for 3 years now and have been enjoying every minute of the stay. This is a very peaceful and quiet, estate. It is very near to amenities like shops and Great World City where shopping for groceries is just minutes away. The estate is also very well maintained and is just 20 minutes walk from Orchard MRT. -
