  Good location

  Morningside is an older apartment. This means that the units tend to be more spacious, and there is less wastage in the layout. Rooms are all regular shape/size. The biggest draw for me is its location - it's close to Somerset and Orchard, and the new MRT line at GWC will be up in 2018. As it's a small development, neighbours are friendly and the kids and pets are friends. Lovely environment that is suitable for expats, families, couples working in the CBD and local families who are keen to get their children into River Valley primary school next door!

  Good older generation design means it is spacious inside. Well located on River Valley Road
