  Almost Give Cheque! Painted in 2014!

  Gate was opened wide. Spoil not fixed. Adults making playing with floats. Car parking wall very bad water seepage. Water fountain timer vandalised and not repaired. 12 CCTVs of various brands but no security guard. Just drive in. Car park floor paint is peeling from when painted in 2014. If you go see, see the drains in the car park dirty. 1st floor lift rubbish outside main door durian smell. Car exit gate noisy. Agent said a few months already

  landlords would love this

  went 16 june 2015 BBQ. very quiet. staff around to open gate 24 hours with special arrangements. Friend know the management target stayers only. Tenants, contractors and visitors need not worry since anyone is free to come and go. 1st level house can see pool and main door got CCTV, behind balcony got 24 hour staff and CCTV. Very safe for gals.

  Just Took A Look

  The pictures are outdated as the development was painted in 2014. The building is grey in colour now. There is no '24 hour security' as claimed by agents' aderts. Just CCTVs (not sure if working) at the swimming pool and lift lobbies. The guard house was filled with rubbish and look unused. Dustbins are oddly overturned. Cigarette butts, old cloth, discarded chairs, pool floats were seen in the basement car park and fire escape and common areas. I visited after a rain and the basement car park is very slippery when wet. Was surprised that the car park floor was painted slippery when wet. Paint has been coming off the car park from the wear and tear. Not sure how much was spent painting the car park and whether it was necessary. Strange that there are 2 speed bumps to the basement car park but none going up. Toilets in the pool are not very clean and the water pressure is not strong. Place is not well maintained. Notice board stated 3 motorcycle lots but I only saw 2. Small development, no visitor parking.
