  Great investment freehold condo with quality finishes, concierge service and in good location, suited for expats as it is in a premium part of town and also near Unesco Botanic Gardens. Colonial heritage B&W design appeal with modern touches, and lush greenery inside condo grounds. Very quiet environment with equally affluent neighbours.
