  A gem that may be tarnishing

  A beautiful building in central Orchard is a dream. But 12+ years in since TOP and it feels that upkeep is not a priority. Most recent issues are the lifts. The service lift has been down since the Christmas holidays and will not be fixed until April. The lifts serving condos in the south tower are breaking down and have been down at the same time, leaving residences without any lift access. The lifts are not maintained on a regular schedule and are only fixed when broken, leaving delays. Similarly similar lack of maintenance on the outside facilities is seen too. Management is nice but these issues need to be addressed.

  The Orchard Residences

  Sitting right on top of Orchard MRT Station and Ion, this is sitting on very prime location. Not everyone likes mixed development sitting on a retail complex but for those who appreciate, this is a one of its kind prime development
