I have stayed here for the past 4 years in the 2-bedroom unit. I enjoyed staying here very much as its near to shopping and lots of eateries in Parkway Parade which is just 3 mins across the road. By the way, it is away from the ECP so we don't get too much of traffic noise. It is comfortable and cosy and rooms are quite spacious. Its not far from the CBD so getting to town is not a problem using taxi or the bus. For the 4-years I have stayed, I do not have an issue with construction as we are facing on the other side where we get unblocked views of the city. Overall, I enjoyed the cosiness and quietness as its a small boutique development.

convenient but NOISY, HOT & traffic NIGHMARE
been renting here for over a year and cant wait for my lease to be over and move out!!! the location is great, opp Parkway Parade and walking distance to many eateries, but the place is very noisy!!! construction on one side (near East Village Hotel) - noisy and dusty. the other side facing Mercure hotel??? near to Roxy Square's rubbish refuse with dozens of rubbish bins and 2 big bins where construction trucks come and dumb their waste, bricks, rocks etc. So everyday, you can hear trucks after trucks coming here to dump their waste, then more trucks coming to pick up the waste!!! some nights you can hear music from the sleasy pubs at Roxy Square too and fighting from some drunkens customers at 2-3am!!! another neighbor is holding mass prayer in his apt on a Fri night regularly and the volume is just not tolerable!!! I am not against religion, but please keep the volume down and to yourself!!!
Bed rooms are facing the west and felt like hot oven everyday. the apt felt hot, humid and dusty all the time!!!
TRAFFIC on Brooke road is a nightmare. Its a small road so nobody care - drivers often just turn on their hazard lights and park the car there, illegally!!! so you really have to manouvre your way around. on weekends, congestions is horrible when cars stopped illegally in front of east gate building on east coast road just at the end of brooke road - waiting for children to finish their tuition class. yes, the jam could starts at east coast road all the way to the front gate of Palladium!!!
security is not 24 hours and its a one man show. so if the security guards is not in his little guard house and you have a guest and the intercom is not working... you have to run down to the basement to your car to get the remote control and then open the gate for your guest!!! i did that once!!! stay away from this place unless you like noise, heat and parkway parade!!!
