  Amazing location, but...

  Pros: Amazing Location Common area well maintained / clean Competitively Priced, on main road and MRT construction currently in front but can barely hear it as long as windows are closed. Spacious units and high ceiling height. Cons: Facility getting old, need refurb Single elevator failure to your unit requires use of staircases Intercom / Elevator security, especially nighttime main gate is closed and cannot call intercom from outside As mentioned by someone else too nighttime guard is very grumpy, and often asleep, requiring walking outside to side gates to get into the condo if you do not have car gate remote.

  Great location, so-so everything else

  Great Location, walkable to Wheelock in 3 minutes and then the whole Orchard Road complex. Will get good rentals on that alone. Building is ok - standard build, pool itself ok, but around it needs a refurb. Worst thing: night doorman. really grumpy. Has impacted whether i consider buying there. 2M to deal with a grumpy doorman.

  Hidden Jewel along Orchard belt

  The modern living condo is one of the apartment closest to the shopping belt and Orchard MRT station. The recent resales price range seems to offer good value when compared to most of nearby apartments. The plot ratio is also likely under utilized.

  Opposite ION yet so quiet

  Found this while sourcing a place for overseas corporate executive. I love the swimming pool at the rooftop. Feel like staying at a Orchard rd hotel. Lots of greenery view. But wonder why only built nine floors while the surrounding are above thirty plus height.

  Nice Condo in the Middle of Action

  Very near ION and Orchard Road. Extremely convenient in the centre of activity and near international school. Nice apartment with modern and classy design. The infinity pool at roof top is beautiful at night when i viewed it. Nice ambience and cosy setting. I think this is value for value compared to transacting next door which is going for 2600+psf given that both are similar in design
