  Peaceful city living

  Nice security guard. Near to Balmoral Plaza for good food, and also late night strolls to Orchard.

  Lovely Place near Orchard

  Location location location. Near SCGS and ACS, Orchard (Far East Plaza and Goodwood Park Hotel walking distance). Also a good vibe amongst neighbours.

  No security, not responsive management, pool

  This condo is becoming worst. My daughter lived here for 6 years. No covered carpark. One toilet without window, grow mould often. Always road works, hate the engine smell. Near good school.

  Not well maintained

  The garbage chutes are totally unusable - bad insect breeding grounds despite repeated request to chemical wash the area consistently. Management is not on top of things. However location is good.

  Located right the dead end of Ewe Boon Road its exclusive but takes a little slightly longer to commute to the main road. Mid size apartments
