  Luxurious Swimming Pool and Fantastic View

  Google this project and it is featured under The Smart Local: “10 Best Condo Swimming Pools to Save Up For” “ If having a romantic Greek island getaway isn’t anywhere near reality, a trip to The Santorini in Tampines might come a close second. With its iconic white and blue chalet-style pool house and private cabanas all around, this condo will momentarily transport you to Greece.” The sunset view here is also amazing!!

  A Condo that Starts to Shine with a Little Ag

  Originally built at a time when the area is not as developed, Santorini started to shine when subsequent condo developments starts to price itself higher. Tampines has also seen great development over the years. Note that this is also within 1km of popular St. Hilda's Primary, so that's a huge plus for many. While it is not well connected by public transport, drivers will appreciate Tampines Avenue 10, which can quickly get you to TPE, PIE or Braddell Road / Lornie Road. Units are small, but livable. Supermarkets, coffee shops and wet markets provide great options.

  Gem close to nature

  The Santorini is just opposite the Tampines quarry, which is great for jogging and relaxing. Bedok reservoir is also few minutes' away. This condo is great for those who enjoys living close to nature

  Similar to The Alps Residence, which shares the same developer, The Santorini is in a relatively under developed part of Tampines. Which means it has potential upside having first mover advantage.
