There are only two layouts at The Sentinel: one whole level to yourself (3BR) or Penthouse (4BR). Good for privacy. Space-wise okay too, 108sqm and 316sqm. Few units(14) so hard to get hold of one. Peaceful but close to Novena neighbourhood, many popular schools and medical facilities in the area. The condo near United Square side, so still need to cross the messy road or overhead bridge to get to Novena MRT. Underground linkway has been closed for many years. Overall still worth since freehold and close to town.

Putting green within Sentinel condo grounds
One unique feature of The Sentinel is a putting green facility on the grounds in addition to the usual pool and gym. Otherwise, it is your usual low density freehold condo in D11, with access to amenities, schools, medical, shopping and public transport within 1km.

There are newer freehold condos in the area
The location is pretty good, but I would say it's about 10 minutes' walk to the main amenities and public transport. Accessibility is okay, but since they are not directly at The Sentinel's doorstep, the location isn't a top winning factor. Condo facilities are pretty standard too.
