  Grateful Stayer

  One of the few well maintained condos with large floor plans and a big yoga area & pool. The flooding isn't as serious as some say - some puddles outside the gym area during a downpour that's all.

  Best of the Best

  It is a delight living here! Quite, friendly group of residents make this a very special place. I love the huge pool and all the water features. The new pool furniture, gym equipment, granite tile around the pool, tennis court, and the friendly staff shows me that the estate cares about keeping this a wonderful living space. It is very family friendly and extremely modern...love the biometrics at the lifts and entrance to each unit.

  Near to city yet peaceful and quiet

  Good layout and sizes. Near to city yet peaceful and quiet. No floodings regardless how heavy the downpours. Very friendly and helpful security guards and cleaning staff. Good location with direct buses only minutes to Orchard (passing by Holland Village), Clementi MRT station, Buona Vista MRT station (passing through Ghim Moh). Will definitely miss this place when I relocate overseas

  Nice high end development

  Stayed here for 3yrs. Excellent layout & size, very well maintained high end property and we love the private lift. Absolutely no flooding in 3yrs of staying here. Would recommend.

  Prospective Buyer

  The reviews could be true that the condo security is unfriendly. We were viewing the condo and walking around the vicinity and one of security guard stares at us and was unfriendly... true now i know why the condo is so super quiet as I was really wondering the eerie quietness even though we like the condo very much. So it's really kids' unfriendly. Btw, I wonder if Basement carpark floods when there's heavy downpour because the condo is situated at the lowest slope... can anyone tell me?? Now I know that the playground is flooded during heavy downpour!!! so what about the carpark? Any problem so far? I got to be careful... never know, the downpour is unusually high these days!

  The Kids UNfriendly Condo

  This Condo has the rudest security guards who act like they own the building. Recently, school buses are no longer allowed to enter to pick and drop off the kids who actually live in the building. Only because the low labor cost to repair 6 years old of cobble stone. If you have kids and interested to rent, forget it!

  Small space

  Land area of the condo is very small, so there is not much space for children to play. The playgound gets flooded during downpours as the condo is located at the bottom of the slope. Some of the rooms are really tiny.
