  Enhancing Quality of Life

  It’s great living at The Shaughnessy as it’s a landed property with full condo facilities like 2 swimming pools, newly renovated gym, studio, function rooms, games room and 24hr security. The size of each house is also big, ranging from at least 3200sq ft so there’s plenty of room, including a car porch at the basement. It’s peaceful with plenty of greenery, being near the Seletar Reservoir and Orchid Golf Club, but still highly accessible. There’s also a private shuttle bus with a short ride to the nearby MRT station and Northpoint City. Overall a great place to stay to enhance the quality of life.

  Good buy for big families

  The Shaunessy has everything u need- space, ambience, quietness, vibrant community u name it...it has it. Price is worth every cent

  Best cluster house in Singapore.

  This place is like a small village. There are ample space for children to play or run around. There are 2 huge swimming pools with 3 smaller pools (Jacuzzis, baby pool and rain shower massage pool) at each swimming pool. There are also many other facilities such as a tennis court, a basketball court, golf area, badminton area, gym, pool table, table-tennis table, table soccer tables and 3 function rooms. There are 2 clubhouse and many BBQ pits. There are also a few exercise corners and playground within the compound. There are also lots of visitor lots for your visitors. The shuttle bus service brings you to the MRT, Northpoint or wet markets around Yishun. The petrol station is just outside. Hawker centre, Sheng Shiong and many coffeeshops are within few minutes walking distance.

  Not worth it

  Over prices condo not worth it, maintenance fee $500++ monthly, think carefully before you buy.

  IS IT WORTH IT?

  Pl note that tho shaughnessy TOP is listed as 2006, the 99 year lease actually STARTS FROM 2001, SO THE LEASE LEFT IS ONLY ABOUT 83 YEARS. Is it worth the 1.3 to 1.4 m? Also Miltonia is a bit boring here. One also has to look at the maintence and sinking funds as the estate ages. Think carefully

  Awesome, Delighted!!

  The Shaughnessy offers good rental and comparatively higher probability of capital appreciation. In fact, many people foresee the psf of The Sgaughnessy units will increase significantly in future after the aerospace hub is fully developed. This makes the place highly sought after. The Shaugnessy also offers great living environment both for aduits and children as well as expats. Residents in The Shaughnessy are friendly and helpful. The property management is excellent and this contributes to the great living environment.The Shuaghnessy is indeed a place for everyone, for living and investment.

  What a shame!

  It is a lovely project. However, plenty of high rise residential projects coming up. Going to be really dusty and no peace during the contruction.

  the shaughnessy

  its going to dusty soon for next 3yrs, as new EC launches on july 2010. Miltonia Close Ec and other surrounding land parcel on sale. let why many seller wanna let go on shaughnessy.

  Resort Lifestyle

  Peaceful n Resort Living. Ample space for kids to run and parents to stroll. Fresh Morning Air & Cooling nite Breeze due to unblock greenery surroundings. Very nice place to stay. Free shuttle to MRT.

  Resort living away from city life

  Beautiful resort home for family who want to be away from city life. Price not too expensive - price per sq ft is cheaper than HDB. A landed home with condo facilities.
