  If u are considering to stay near nature and MRT this is the perfect place.

  Quiet and serene place near Nature Park

  Ideal for family who likes less density and nature lovers. Unblock view and fresh air just across dairy farm nature park which won’t be demolished because it’s a conservation area. Facilities are decent, condo quality. Landed house and condo environment. MRT is a short 6-8 mins slow walk. Rail mall and Hillv2 mall is walking distance. For primary school, CHIJ Our Lady Queen of Peace and Bukit Panjang Primary is within 1 km. German European International School is just across. Surprisingly not noisy because it’s just 4 level high. Rail Mall and Hillv2 is walking distance away. Hillion Mall and Bukit Panjang plaza is just 2 stops away. Furthermore, in 3 years time there will be mix development just beside the GESS ( German school) which will have foodcourt, supermarket, and mall.

  More suitable for owner stay than for investm

  More suitable for owner stay than for investment. Proximity to nature is one of its plus points.

  Very SMALL Living Space and Noise Pollution!

  The living space is miserable! Can either fit one sofa set or dining table but not both. On going nearby new construction (again!) noise pollution unbearable. Lots of complaints to NEA, no help at al!
