  Construction within 100 meters.

  The location is very good, but a construction just started next to it and the noise is very annoying from Monday thru Saturday from 8am to 7pm. Unfortunately, I was not told by my agent who emphasized that the construction goes only on weekdays from 9 to 5pm. Other than that the building is nice, the apartments I saw before renting mine has a good layout. The noise would be around until complexion of adjacent building that is scheduled to april 2016
