  Horrible

  Avoid buying a place here!!!! I regret it terribly and am stuck wt the home. Horrible horrible place and maintenance. Rodents/rats infested, badly needs a fresh paint job, no privacy cos ppl peek into ur home - nosy neighbours, basement carpark is a major eyesore!! I am embarrassed to have guests over as the basement carpark looks like a shabby storage area!! Horrible neighbours, security myt as well not exist, maintenance is also really horrible. FYI - NOT WHEELCHAIR OR STROLLER FRIENDLY AT ALL AND THEY HAVE NO PLANS TO RECTIFY THIS WT A SIMPLE SMALL LIFT. Not worth ur penny especially when there are so many better options around. Agent really mislead us by painting such a beautiful picture of this place.

  Good Place to Live

  So close proximity to Changi Business Park and Airport, The Springfield cluster landed offer the best of both worlds, having large rooms and space, grouped together with condo facilities, The Springfield is the place to live, play and fun.
