  Tranquility in the midst of city

  It has full condo facilities and is clean. It has convenient access to the MRT and yet is shield from the noise of the busy road by the other condo.

  Live by Orchard

  Suites @ Central is nestled on high ground giving units there a good all round view of Orchard Road and it's vicinity. However, as the concrete clutter increase, one wonders if the area would become overly congested in the future. This project also has a wide variety of units to suit all kinds of housing needs and the awesome sky garden is a luxury to have. Proximity to the mrt and the foodie street of Killiney is a major plus point.

  Nice Place .. not so nice noise

  I lived here for more then a year. I really enjoyed it. Beautiful flats, very nice lap-pool (30m) and the location can't be better. However their's a lot of construction going on in this area. My unit is facing the new building and it's not more then 30m away from my window. Work starts at 7.30am and goes till 8-9pm at least, 7 days a week! Yes, public holidays, sundays, they never stop (apparently since they are behind schedule). If you don't mind the noise (or wearing earplugs all the time) it's a fantastic place. Probably when constructions finishes up in the future it will be even better.

  The Suites@Central

  I love this condo cos it has convenient location and shopping and it is outside the CBD. Also it has all the facilities and the price is reasonable.
