Good investment
One of my friends has just bought a unit in this project and moved in not long ago, I happened to be there for house warming gathering. This is quite a rather small project coming to 10 yrs old. It is located only 5 mins walking distance to NEX and Serangoon MRT/Bus Interchange, very ideal for families that don't drive or like to eat and shop outside. As my friend is staying in the high floor, the view is great and the entire estate is well maintained. The only problem is the close proximity to a flyover that generate traffic noise, however, not as bad as those condos next to PIE or CTE. Overall this is a good freehold investment for mid to long term. -
