Space to breathe.
We fell totally in love with the large squarish layouts and the wonderfully high ceilings. The development itself is quiet and peaceful (critically important if you're light sleepers like ourselves) and in conjunction with the breezy nature of the development, we found the breathing space we were looking for to create our retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. We especially enjoyed the fact that access to the ECP (and therefore the cbd where we work) is fast and easy (we drive home via the Bayshore exit and head to the city via Bedok South). The distance to the nearest supermarket is a bit far on foot but via car it's not an issue for us to reach the Eastwood or Siglap cold storage. By bicycle, we preferred the Siglap cold storage. We found the pool to be decently sized and more importantly clean (which is a blessing considering some of the pools we've experienced). However, we felt that the gym was somewhat small even though it was serviceable for our needs (We're semi-professional couch potatoes). -
