Inconvenient and overpriced
A pointed block of 16 units, with a small swimming pool and a bbq pit located at a corner. Carpark is just ok, a bit tight and enough for 1 lot per unit. Private lift goes right to your door step. Walking distance to main road. 10 min to bus stop and 20 min to Newton MRT. Almost everything is ok except living in the condo itself. Feeling like living in a oven with East sun baking your kitchen and dining. After that, the West Sun will start baking your Living rm, common rms and master room. Too close to next building with no privacy. -

Dont buy or rent here
I wish i could say alot of positive things about this place but i cant based on experience. Whilst the apartments by singapore standards are spacious, there are several dis-advantages with living at the Twins Firstly, the building is old. This means the swimming pool and chairs are grubby and uncomfortable but more importantly the central air conditioning systems need to be replaced. Many are not, meaning very un-efficient systems consuming alot more power than necessary, thus high monthly electricity bills. The bathroom decor is also very un-attractive. You will feel like you still living in the 80's. Secondly, a brand new very high developments have just started construction next door. You might think that the apartments which are atleast not facing the construction are quiter, however this is not the case, as the legend building is not built like a rectangle. It has a central open atrium meaning either your kitchen, bedroom or lounge room will face the development. And unlike united kingdom or australia, construction in singapore starts very early even on saturdays! but maybe you like the sound of heavy drilling... I enjoyed living at the legend 5 years ago, but with two friends now complaining to me every second day on how they cant wait to get out, I would suggest you consider a newer and quieter place, of which there are many in the surrounding area. Sorry the Twins but i think its time you go en-bloc! -

Poor facilities
I went to view a penthouse unit last week. Very small project with little facilities. Residents basement carpark looked gloomy , some lights were even flickering. Swimming pool is small and looked old , dull and of poor maintenance. Too much of noise and pollution from nearby construction. With its dull facade and poor maintenance of its facilities. With such negative image from the outside, have decided not to proceed with the viewings of the units. The condo definitely not measurable for its price . Needs improvement and better maintenance. A honest feedback for future buyers. -

Over priced. Not recommend
I have moved in for over one year now and am trying to get out of my lease. - The construction site next is dusty and noisy. -The management is sloppy-I often caught security guard fell into sleep when returning home late at nights. The alarm at my condo does not work and the property management hasn't been able to get it fixed for over a year now! -It is small condo so there isn't any sense of community. My kids do not get to mingle with neighbor kids. - The apartment is falling apart. My aircon does not work due to some piping issue and I was told other residents also had the same problem. - The data said Newton MRT is 0.5KM away. That is if you can walk thru several condos and make a bee line for it. The actually time to the MRT station is around 20 min by foot. Overall, very frustrating experience since moving in here. People who are interested in this property should really double check. -
