  Pro and con

  Quality of unit - Window insulation is major issue for this condo. Warm air constantly comes inside between the windows gap. Also the noise of street construction and cars. When stormy weather comes, wind and rain comes inside from the window gap. Another issue is private lift. When people talk inside of the private lift, you can hear everything through the lift . Also neighbor’s late night party noise comes through the elevator. There is no one at the gate during the night time that you just have to bear party noise until finish. Pro - location. Very near mrt and bus stops . Even easily walk to orchard . Best part is the management lady of this condo. She is taking care of this building extremely clean. She is very helpful and friendly. Many stay here because of her.

  Exclusive freehold condo next to GW MRT

  Good location. Amenities needs a refresh.
