  Open balcony is a nightmare

  The open balcony is a nightmare to anyone because when it rains, you cannot do anything and everywhere gets wet. Your house gets dusty very quickly too because of the balcony.

  Except for the smallest 1 bed room(441sf), the sizes for the 2 and 3 bed rooms are pretty good for a new condo
