  pay more attention to maintenance

  The Vesta can investa more into their maintenance because lifts sometimes not working and there's some issues with the shared facilities. it's not that old, need to maintain better to last its freehold lifespan!

  Breezy Blocks at Vesta

  architect is good, to understand airflow mechanics for such breezy units at The Vesta. despite the rooms being like HDB size, appreciate the environmental comfort and coolness experienced here.

  Slowly Falling Apart

  Design is airy, rooms are rather small (100-150sft). Playground and pool deck are safety hazards, lifts fail 2-3 times a year. Mgmt is slow & asks for $50($200) to park 1(2) bicycles (3 not allowed).
