  Tenant for 4 years - 2017 to 2021

  Moved into a 3 bedroom mid-floor unit facing West Coast Park in 2017, will be moving later this year due to the unit being sold. I can recommend the Condo and really enjoy living here, we are a family of four. Nice breezy unit with excellent views looking South West. The Facilities are good, the security is helpful and efficient. The management has changed again recently but always no problems. Generally well-kept place straight over the road from West Coast Park. The only downside is the traffic noise from West Coast Highway, although that is only evident during the day. The night is usually quiet.

  Relatively new high rise condo that commands the view of the West Coast sea. Amenities include West coast market, food centre, West Coast Plaza, NUS. Science Park is nearby which provides a steady stream of tenants for investors of The Vision

  Tallest Development in the West Coast

  For a similar sized apartment, FAR EAST is launching The SeaHill next door for a good $100 to $200 PSF more than The Vision. The developer for The Vision is well regarded in the industry. They have launched very successful and exclusive projects in Singapore. Just Check out their website: http://www.ped.com.sg/residential.html The condo block is in the center of the estate, providing greater spaciousness. Unless you really want a Sea View, I think the units with views of the Clementi Woods greenery would be a better choice. High units will be able to see Bukit Timah Hill, with unblocked views since West Bay and West Cove are max 6 stories high. The West Coast area lies in between the CBD (conveniently linked by West Coast Highway) and the new Jurong Lake District. Relatively peaceful and quiet area good for relaxing.

  kudos to cheung kong for setting record price

  leasehold developement being marketed as a luxury development .the plot of land is just a stone throw away from lower end condos such as westbay and westcove which are selling for 600-800 psf. and 850psf just next door (blue horizon) not easy to swallow and pay 1200 psf for a unit
