Great Location and Lifestyle
Fantastic location between Orchard and Biz district with restaurants/supermarket/schools minutes away. Friendly community (mix of expats/locals) and A+ facilities (bbq/skygarden+jacuzzi/pool/gym) -

Good location, spacious and bright
Lovely location in a quiet corner of River Valley road close to UE square - Cold Storage (3-5min walk) and other amenities. Short walk to Robertson quay. Great if you want to have city living with a promenade nearby; the condo itself is very quiet and no noise from traffic. I like the refurbished shophouses from early 19th century right in front - gives a lovely look out from the balcony. Facilities are minimum as per required with a pool, jacuzzi and multipurpose hall however the wow is the roof TOP garden on 22nd floor with barbecue which looks onto Marina Bay Sands and the CBD. Apartment itself is spacious and well laid out - bright and airy with alfresco dining possible in balcony with a 6 seater dining table. The bedrooms are large, to fit king size beds in all bedrooms. It's great for families who want the space in a high end apartment with space and not too concerned with having a tennis court and such. Pool and roof terrace are nice! -

Conveniently located
This is a city living condo near the Singapore river and many great restaurants. My unit in on high floor having a lovely view of Marina Bays Sands and downtown. It also have a nice balance with beautiful refurbished shophouses. -

Home Review
Layout is square, spacious, bright and i would call it a home compared to small box space living or odd designs. Quiet surroundings and distance to other buildings are kept to minimum - depending where the unit is facing. The floor parquets are of poor workmanship rather than the quality of material used. Qustion is why the developer still use an old parquet design that's used since the 80/90s? Believed the developer would have a better option. This is meant for city living and as expected the facilities are not expected to be great, big and luxurious. Property management is by JLL, so this is expected to be well maintained. Future river valley MRT within 10-15mins walking distance. I do agree some minor interior designs are illogical/flawed especially in a few spots in the kitchen and use of top door stoppers. -

Quality Report on The Wharf Residences
The overall quality of this project is disappointing. Pros: The layout is spacious and well thought out. The full (Ceiling to Floor) windows introduces light to the apartment. Thus it makes the apartment bright. The kitchen area is good size and promotes family living. Cons: There is quite a number of walls where the developer used partitioning instead of actual wall. This material is not suitable as it may lead to cracks and poor sound insulation. Very bad choice of material for city living. Living Room - the floor tiles are very cheap looking. It looks like ceramic tiles used in shopping malls. spill resistant but not suitable for home use. Facilities - the pathway leading to the facilities are poorly designed and not user friendly. The swimming pool is too small for such a development. It appears creating a user friendly project was not the top priority. The gym area is way too small for the number of households in this apartment. I would think that this project way over priced in this area when I factor the quality of finishing and number of facilities. This project might not be suitable for long term stay or investment. -
