Convenience at your doorstep
Doorstep to mrt, need I say more? Drivers may be inconvenienced by difficulties in parking. But commuting by MRT is great. -

Good place to stay.
I’m currently staying at Woodleigh Residences, which gives me a super good landed feel, especially being on the ground floor. The neighbors are friendly, and transport options are very convenient, with easy access to buses and trains that take me directly to Orchard and other key city areas. The nearby mall at Woodleigh provides most of my basic needs, and I’m really looking forward to the upcoming Hawker Centre, which will add even more convenience to the area. -

Jap-Inspired
The Woodleigh residences outer facade truely looks as high end as ION Orchard. The Woodleigh Mall below Woodleigh Residences is outfitted with familiar and exciting shops, everything you need is there! The common deck of Woodleigh Residences is Japanese inspired with areal Japanese onsen overlooking Alkaff Lake. Just beneath the condo is Woodleigh MRT, bus interchange, great retail, multiple child care and enrichment centres, a community centre, polyclinic and a police station. Units are spacious and well designed with thoughtful features. Three large swimming pools, sprawling green lawn and lots of lounging spots. -

Perfect place for my family
This project checks all the right boxes for me by as it will have a fully functional self sustaining eco-system. It is within walking distance to Maris Stella , 24 hr NTUC to meet my grocery needs just right below, right beside a sizeable public park to meet my exercise needs, offers me both atas and cheap food options since I can choose to eat at restaurants below or cross the bridge to an air con hawker centre. It is the neighbourhood centre of a brand new Bidadari housing estate which will see good capital appreciation just like Bishan. Mrt and bus interchange are just below too. It also has triple layer security with condo, commercial and neighbour police centre just right below too. Interesting East West orientation to enjoy sunrise and sunrset over the Alkaff lake. -

Cool Jap design
The Woodleigh Residences is a large integrated development with an MRT station right next to it and a future underground air-conditioned bus interchange. With the ease of connectivity and the convenience of nearby amenities, it was a no-brainer to purchase a condo unit here. The developer will be incorporating modern appliances and fittings into every unit. The design is inspired by the way the Japanese make use of space. -

We are Sentosa regulars now
Since buying my apartment at The Woodleigh Residences, the only demand my kids have is to go to Sentosa during their break. It’s a direct train ride from Woodleigh MRT to Harbourfront MRT. We plan to move in sometime next year when the project is completed. My wife loves the design, space and surrounding greenery. -
