  Very inconvenient location

  Super inconvenient location to live in, relatively cheaper compared to condos that are located in prime areas. Also doesn't seem like there's much to do around the vicinity

  The woods is a 99 leasehold cluster house or strata landed development with facilities such as 24 hours security, clubhouse, gym and swimming pool. good value for the size and those who work in that vicinity
