Tranquility amongst Chaos
Imagine being transported back to the 80's where big floor areas and low PSFs were as numerous as the models of handphones of now. Rustic surroundings, coupled with back-to-basics apartment designs are the main selling points of this establishment. Still not happy with the 1200+sf area of the 2-room? Ramp it up to the 3000+sf Townhouses then. A rarity nowadays due to the need of land area for modern (but rarely used) facilities in recent projects, the townhouse is perfect if you are looking for a place where you can just drive up to your double-storey unit after work and walk right into your dining table for a hot, family-styled meal with your kids who have been waiting for you after their day at nearby Ai Tong School. Another positive point about this establishment is that no matter where you unit is, you are guaranteed of a "good" view of some sort. From facing the tranquility of the Macritchie Reservoir, to taking in the sights of fireworks during National Day via the City view, your sights are always being teased. Two thumbs up for old-school! -
