Upscale Location, but Resale Value don’t matc
Three Balmoral is an upscale condo in a premium location. Ducted air conditioning, spacious living and kitchen space, large linked balconies and a great view past the 7th floor, the units are lovely. The private lifts are the icing on the cake. Still, the pool don’t seem to match up to the premium feel. It is a great place to live, especially if you drive, with Orchard just down the road. Nonetheless, resale values have not appreciated much, so investors may have to understand why. -

There is truly a sense of serenity and quiet rejuvenation, and each of the 40 units comes with an exclusive private lift. -
