  value for money in District 11

  Just had a paint job so looks pretty sleek. Only 8 units so it's quite quiet. You don't really hear the CTE since it's so low rise. Walking distance to Novena, about 15 mins or less. Cross the bridge to Pek kio market 5-10 mins walk. Only con is there is no facilities so don't expect rentals like those condos next to the Novena mrt but great for anyone with a budget of $3000-$4000 per month. The location is the best thing of all of course, straight drive down moulmein to Newton and you are in Orchard Road in less than 10 mins!
