Old world Charm
Embedded in prestigious landed enclave, the condo oozes old world charm when you step inside,. Big spacious outdoors and very exclusive with few units. Side gate to bus, MRT. Few units for rent/sale -

Good potential investment
Very exclusive, rustic & quiet development even though in a city area with reputable schools/JC & amenities nearby. Feels like living in a weekend home where everything slows down. Lots of greenery and fresh air. Most owners are reluctant to sell as there's only 150 units sitting in a big plot of land. Lots of parking space for car owners. -

Nice Rustic Condo
This is a very nice condo hidden among a high class private landed area. Low rise with lots of space and greenery and a very nice pool. Not polluted and noisy since it is not facing the main road. From the backgate a short walk to the bustop and the MRT station. So many buses that lead to all parts of the island. Also a few minute drive to orchard road and the shopping belt The condo has an old world rustic charm to it and really gives a countryside feel even though it is so near to the city. This differentiates it from the usual condos we see everywhere. -

Resort Like Condo
This condo with only 150 units within a very huge plot of land is fairly unique in the area. Even though it is not new, it exudes a rustic charm giving a resort like feel. There are plenty of spaces to walk around, lots of greenery and a very nice pool with facilities including even squash courts. The only problem is that the gym is small. While a common concern is about kids making noise and running about, the condo is extremely quiet at night and because there are so few units relative to the large size of land, it is rather exclusive. There are only few such developments in prime areas. The rents here are much cheaper compared to the high rents in new developments and it is worth the money. The management is generally friendly with a very long service manager and the place is very well kept. Enjoyed this place. Value for money. New MRT line will be 400m away come 2015. -

Noisy Condo
Whilst units are quite old they are spacious and have a great deal of character. Main gripe would be it's become a very noisy condo(lived here many years and never known it like this - it's like a circus). Screaming kids rather than kids playing and having fun. So if you do rent, don't consider a unit near the pool or playground. (Unfortunately we've bought so we're kind of trapped. Shame as it's a beautiful resort pool with lots of space. -

Trevose Park
Very quite and peaceful place eventhough sometimes the pool facing units get kids noise during the weekends. Its very convenient and near the roads via the sidegate and will be within walking distance to future Stevens MRT station. The gym is a little small though but it faces the pool and the view is generally nice. What I like is the full facilities, big land and wide spaces and greenery and countryside feel even though it is near a major road junction. If management can change the dark windows, and continue to upgrade the surrounding that would be perfect. Overall, very nice peaceful condo and with continued upgrading this is a very good place to stay and prices here are cheaper than some new condos in suburban areas. -

Undervalued Project
Eventhough the condo is old, it sits on a very big land with only 150 units. Very quiet here at night, tucked in a corner of Trevose Cresent and surrounded by bungalows. Full facilities even with squash courts. Those units facing the pool have the best views. Some renovation within the unit would be ideal. With future MRT at Stevens just a stone throw away,this condo selling at 1300-1400pfs is relatively cheap and undervalued compared to new condos in the area which are going for >2000pfs. Overall very good long term investment. So not surprisingly, very few units for sale. -
