  Lovely estate, friendly neighbours, great lay

  Apartments have nice squarish layouts, no odd corners. Residents are in generally very friendly, with many having lived here since day one. Grounds are well kept and the mrt and Eastpoint Mall are just 3 minutes away via the back gate.

  Good Condominium at Simei

  Very peaceful and quiet condominium. Very convenient : near MRT, Shopping Mall, Simei Park Connector , School , Hosiptal and etc.

  Life at Tropical Spring

  Very accessible condo near mrt. Near the train station and daily conveniences, yet quiet.

  Unfair comments

  The negative comments dated 2014 oct were written by two tenants who misused a condo unit there as their tuition center and were asked to leave. Just to provide some background information.

  overall Bad.

  I moved in 1 year ago into this condo and am planning to move out next year soon. There are a lot of concerns in this condo, a lot of things that cannot be done as well. My sons' friends came over to visit him and yet were all being interrogated by the security guards on what they are doing?, why are they here?, why so many ppl?, having a party?, going to be noisy and disturb other neighbours?. I am confused as to why they are behaving like this. I went down to ask them and they told me management orders as they don wan strangers walking area who don belong here. I totally understand about strangers walking are but these are my visitors and they should be allowed to come in. why are the security guards and management making things so difficult for ppl to visit me?

  Management in tropical spring

  I like the location of tropical spring as it's very near to Mrt station and convenient for my kids. But the management in Tropical Spring is very lousy. Especially the Chinese older lady with short hair. She is very rude to the residents and has no respect for us residents at all. I wonder why the management still let her continue when she is making everyone's life in the condo hell. She forbids my own mother from coming in once because my own mother didn't have the identity card that everyone should have living in the condo, but my mother is my guest, I don understand why she confronted my mother to ask her to leave the condo when she has just stepped in. She seriously need to be replaced.

  Ultra convenience

  *3 mins walk to MRT... *3 mins walk to all amenities.. *timeless design.. *Optimal Layout, no wasted space *Good size & regular shaped rooms

  Not worth buying

  Traffic Jam always . being squeeze between 2 others project. Pool too many ppl. many hdb upgrader. Not worth buying

  Tropical Living in Simei

  Best pool in Simei. Short walk 3mins to Eastpoint Mall and Eastpoint MRT. 5mins to new 4th University, 10mins drive to new UWC campus, next to Park Connector takes u to Beach n Reservoir. Within 3km to 3 golf courses, 1km to 3 highways. Large bedrooms, ample parking, great neighbours.
