  Good EC with potential upside

  Really good and efficient layout for all units, especially the enclosed kitchen which is really hard to find nowadays. Well linked with walkable distance to MRT and Waterway Point. Primary next door is definely a huge plus for young families with kids

  Walkable to mrt , 4 nearby coffee shop walkable , all buses to interchange within 2 stops , back gate sheltered all the way to bus stops even it’s raining doesn’t matter . Walkable to waterwaypoint shopping Centre and 24 hours supermarkets.

  Value for money

  Having 2 tennis courts, 2 function rooms, 2 gyms, 2 pools. 2 exits to drive out. 7 mins walk to Waterway Point. Many coffee shops and supermarkets nearby. The units are very well laid out.

  Good location, build, and community

  Staying 4+ years, and have zero issues with construction, unlike other ECs i've lived. 8min walk to mrt / multiple busses. Thumbs up to condo facilities, and connection to the outdoors waterway

  Frasers Developers

  Quiet, serene, yet well located with food courts and supermarket <5min walking distance. Good facilities, two of everything: gyms pools function rooms and waterfalls give a bit of a resort feel.

  Great transport links with good range ameniti

  I live here. 2 busstops within 10 metres walk from 2 different gates in the condo, 8 buses plying through (2 feeder.) Walking dist to MRT. 1 adjacent pri sch, 3 supermarts within 500m.

  Friendly estate

  I think some review here doesn't justify this estate. My family stay here. Been to quite a number of friends EC. This is the few EC that using parquet flooring for bedrooms instead of the cheap laminate flooring . Finishing is not bad. My family staying here have lots of friendly neighbors and this estate have quite a number of Dog lovers.

  Horrible finishes

  Lift intercom has poor quality. Might take your visitors more than 10 tries to come up. This new development has one of the poorest finishes given by any developer. Horrible. Some blocks entered by carpark, no idea which architect would design it this way. Gym is just a mediocre gym, nothing fancy.

  Another Mass Market HDB EC

  Never have good feel on projects that is more 400 units and not near the MRT.
