Disappointing Experience: Floods, Broken Elev
Unique features like cement ceilings & brick walls drew me to Two8one Studio. However, as a small development, it lacks standards. Management is slow and often absent. Elevator is constantly out of order, and repairs aren't prioritized due to small group ownership with low budgets. There are days were I choose to use stairs to avoid getting trapped. Floods occurred because of water tank issues on the roof. It's disheartening to face these issues and deal with unresponsive management. -
