Whole development with new reno decors .for all function rooms , squash , tennis court i. Quite and peaceful at all lobby.. All diff.layput concept , is spacious.depending if you love modern living space concept.. . -

this place is in need of an update
Nice on the outside but once you step in, it is as if you are back in time to the 1980s. The place is old and it shows. Flats are big but weird layout. Whole place feels dilapidated. Many flats appear to house more people than expected. Not sure what kind of tenants it attracts but each to their own I suppose. Swimming pool looks nice, though. -

Great location
It is a short walk away from Fort Canning MRT (224 metre away) and Liang Court mall; 24-hour convenience store and shophouse eateries are just next to the building. Development is clean and pleasant. -

Great location and reasonable pricing
This condo is minutes walk to Dhoby Ghaut mrt and the Orchard area. 1 to 2 minute walk to the soon-to-be completed Fort Canning MRT. 1 min walk to cold storage, starbucks and 4 mins walk to Liang court with Mediya and other eateries. Tons of eateries and amenities at clark quay and robertson quay. Area is peaceful and not noisy at night. Hardly any mosquitoes most importantly!! Bus stop 1 min walk from the condo. Swimming pool, gym, tennis court, pool table, meeting room etc are available. Maintenance and sinking fund payments are not exorbitant compared to other newer properties. Externally the building doesn't look new or hip. But, its functional and has a look that grows on you. The units in the building are squarish and have a good layout that is efficient without wasted space. The units still sporting the original fittings/reno when the building was first built will look very very very dated. But, if the reno is done well, you can have a very very nice home in an excellent and convenient location with a reasonable maintenance/sinking fund cost. Pricing-wise, condo units in UE Square are priced very competitively in the current market for a prime location. Likely to be even more prime in the future with the MRT being built right at the doorstop. Heck, some brand new condos in non-prime areas charge even more per square foot (with possibly even higher monthly maintenance/sinking charges). UE Square is a very logical and pragmatic place to stay in. Condo residents here generally keep to themselves and its very peaceful and quiet at night. Take a look and look at this property from the viewpoint of prime location, convenience, price-point and recurring costs. -

UE Square
This is part of the UE development of offices, serviced apartment and shopping centre. Very good location with full facilities. The farcade looks a bit concrete though ? -

Great total value package. Location, Amenitie
Full condo facilities include tennis courts, squash courts, playground, bbq pits, 9ball pool room, function rooms and a large rectangular pool and underground parking. Near Clarke Quay MRT and the upcoming River Valley MRT. Stones throw to the CBD area and Orchard downtown area. Not to mention the free shuttle bus to City Hall. Just next to Clarke Quay and Liang Court Shopping Centre with abundance of shops, bustling night life by the Singapore River coupled with several restaurants of all cuisines and at all price points. Grocery shopping is convenient at Cold torage supermarket in the adjoining shopping complex also containing many cafes and bistros. Weekend jogs along the Singapore River and/or around the quiet CBD area with the office buildings providing shade from the sun. District 9, eat expensive, eat cheap, snack, shop for supplies, shop for fun, hang out, have coffee, party night, chill night, see the doctor/dentist, exercise. Nice total package. The only gripe could be that the façade looks rather functional and industrial. However, if you spend a little on the inside, you can make a great home that has almost everything else. -

great location but not home
undisputed fantastic location! this is a property that is part icon part solid investment. however, if you are looking for a home, then you will be extremely disappointed. This place is designed to function and look like a service apartments. And it is. There is barely any souls around...as it is mostly expats or expat families. there is just simply no activities. The design is also kind of "industrial" , certain units are in facing towards each other , aka Hong Kong housing style. The walls make it look like a university or hospital hostels. Units are traditional design with spacious layout. the uniform windows are very dated but functional. The place in general is quite run down with dirty walls, leaking pipes and lightings with no cover. The pm should do a much better job of it! -

Great location & Pool is one of the best
UE Square has probably one of the best locations in Singapore. Just in middle of Clarke Quay and Robertson Quay - so many restaurants and bars to choose from... Also, UE square has a shopping mall in the next door building, which houses a recently renovated Cold Storage - handy for any quick bites or last minute groceries. The compound has suprisingly good facilities (you wouldn't guess from outside) - the pool especially is great for swimmers. Squash & tennis courts are also in decent conditions. Only downside I would say that nearest MRT station (Dhoby Ghaut) is a bit too far for a daily walk (about 12 minutes). However, there is a taxi stand in the complex - and has available taxis at most times. Also, the units are getting a bit run down, if in original condition. -
