Horrible experience - Super noisy neighbourho
Couldn't stay in this Condo even for a year. My flat was facing the temple. Because there are prayers going on, there are loud noises like trumpets blowing, drums beating, and bells ringing, twice a day for 2-3 hours, if you are lucky, other wise it goes on the whole day until 9:30 pm. Management does not help. I had to stuff my ears with earphones or cotton balls most of the time. Avoid if you can, else get a flat that does not face the temple. I wish someone had left a similar review before I took the place. I'm so happy that the ordeal is finally over. -

Amazing Location, Premium City Life
Location: Bang above Farrer Park MRT, Exit G, infact a condo cant nearer to an MRT station, Bus top on Serangoon 25 m away, City Square Mall is 50 m away, Farrer Hospital is 50 m away. We have been walking to Holiday Inn for breakfast. The lay out and construction of apartments is a very premium "service apartment like". Pool and Jacuzzi well maintained. Gym could have been bigger. The city views at dusk are amazing, perfect place to relax after a day's work with fiends and family .......spacious balconies has allowed me to place 6 garden chairs. The Ground level is also kept immaculate, guess having a sister apartment LYF helps having the premium feel. The car park is huge with lots for all apartments. Loving our stay so far -

Nice location and fairly new development
I rented a place here for one year. The location is simply unbeatable. Right above Exit G of Farrer Park MRT, bus stop below too, City Square mall across and several other conveniences within a short walking distance. When I moved in, lots of construction was still on but that is understandable. The condo has a nice pool and jacuzzi but gymnasium is pretty small. However, given the wide variety of gyms available in Farrer Park, should not be a major concern. The only issue is the management which is quite laid back. They take forever to get things done. The washroom by the poolside has been out of order for a long time and no clue when it will be fixed. -

Most modern project in District 8
Not only is Uptown at Farrer situated within an amazing locale in District 8, it’s also a modern project that boasts of the best facilities. I just had to invest here. I sold my previous home, topped up the sales proceeds with a small loan, and now I wait for 2022 when the developer hands us the keys to our new apartment. One of the main things which I liked about the floor plan is the full-length balcony. I also wanted an additional study since I often work from home. -

Good growth potential
My father always told me to make wise investments. The location of Uptown at Farrer promises good growth potential and even better rental yields in the coming years. Given that I bought it at the height of the pandemic, I have hit the investment jackpot. Not only is it a sound investment, the condo looks so premium and well put-together, I shouldn’t have any problem renting it out. -

What. A. Location!
I will be able to walk to City Square Mall just across the road. Farrer Park MRT station is outside the development, and I can walk to Farrer Park Hospital. So yeah, I love the location. I bought my condo unit at Uptown at Farrer recently due to the convenience of this area and also because I love the architecture. I can’t wait till 2022 when I take possession of my condo. -
