  Nice location and breezy estate

  The location is super convenient. The whole estate and units are very windy. Well maintained facilities.

  This condo has a modern vibes. The facililities also look clean and well maintined. Not to mention, it's also freehold. Attractive development for living or for investment

  Great for frequent travellers

  Urban Treasures is surrounded by PIE, making it easy for residents to travel to and fro the airport. Dont need to worry about forgetting something before flying since it's so near the airport as well

  Well thought out condo

  It's decently sized and has a resort-inspired feel to it. Many family-friendly facilities as well if you have kids.
