  Great Location but very noisy

  The location is incredible but this is tempered by the loud noise that constantly emanates from the busy River Valley Road. Many loud motorbikes and cars like to cruise up and down this strip until the early morning hours. I get woken up almost every night. Pool area is nice but also noisy from car and motorbike traffic. Otherwise this is a great condo. Floor plan is very good.

  Less common architectural design of rooms and living areas jutting out on top. Top heavy

  Lovely for expats.

  Great location. Easily walkable to nice eateries in robertson quay area, as well as the otherside down Killeney road (along with decent sized supermarket). Five and Dime is also a short way down River Valley road. Walkable to Somerset MRT, with good nearby amenities. Bus stop with buses direct to town are just outside the property. Facilities are not the best, but decent (they managed to squeeze a tennis court in). Carpark space also very ample. Have been here for 2 years and no complaints.

  Congested

  Too many units built within a small plot of land. Problem with parking and heavy congestion when turning into the condo and coming out. Inconvenient transport because it is not near MRT and few buses serve this area. This area is near alot of construction sites and air pollution is a problem here. Noise is a big problem at night so you get no peace!

  Superb Location

  Superb location with amenities and primary school. Near Orchard shopping and MRT station. Eateries and NTUC fairprice is just 5 mins walking distance.
