  Convenient but will drive you insane

  Non stop construction from the new Condo on other side of Shenton Lane. The noise isolation is also very annoying, especially around 14-15 floor there is constantly people talking late into the night. If you live towards side facing Shenton Lane there will be loud construction sound, every unit on my floor facing that way has the noise isolation door stoppers installed. If you live on the side facing Shenton Way then it will be loud traffic at night time. There is also constant false fire alarms in the middle of the night, in 2024 alone I've experienced more than 5 times. There is a reason why the rental pricing keeps going down here.

  Avoid

  I was renting s unit for almost 3 years and I would recommend to avoid at all cost. Firstly the noise solution is unbearable six days a week. Secondly, the landlord and her agents are totally unresponsive and unreasonable. Be prepared to to either reinstate the flat in an absolutely new condition or go to a small claims court because they will also not hesitant to ask you to fix things that are clearly not your fault, Yhridly, the bulidng managment is also completely useless and usually go radio silent.

  V on shenton awesome location

  Rent and buy units facing oue downtown, which are higher floor as it is a permanent unblocked view. Super private condo, amazing pool and gym facing sea, super value for money!!

  Stay away - not worth the price

  Stay away. Not worth the price - not even close. This building has very poor sound-proofing structure, inconsiderate residents, as well as incompetent and unresponsive management office. As a resident, I've been hearing excessive noise from the walking, running and stomping through my ceilings from the unit directly upstairs for months, at all hours of the day and night sometimes 3am and 4am. It's been useless engaging with the neighbors and the management office.

  Too Hyped

  This is right in the middle of the busiest roads, busiest areas in Singapore. Felt suffocated. 2 bedroom apartment has a hotel feel and not a home feel. Suited only for Bachelors working in banks at Raffles. Not much storage. A lot of traffic noise and pollution from below.

  Super Noisy

  Just saw 1 bedroom unit facing the sea today. Very noisy from 4 or 5 construction sites below. The view is amazing but the noise is killing. Rather then that, seems like a nice condo. If I understood an agent correctly, there is only one small pool for 561 units. But a lot of common area to relax, read or meet friends.
